Terms of Use for Individuals (MaPP7)
(Effective from 25 July 2025)-
Introduction
MaPP7 is a psychological assessment service in which an individual (“Individual”) can participate via an invitation link without registration. The purpose is to help the Individual identify their own psychological traits and motives.
These Terms of Use apply to all assessments conducted through the service. -
Formation of Agreement
These Terms bind the Individual once they begin completing the assessment via the link received by email. The email states that by responding, the Individual accepts these Terms.
Participation is voluntary: the Individual may discontinue at any time or request deletion of their data. The service is primarily intended for persons aged 18 or older; minors under 18 must obtain guardian consent. -
Service Content
MaPP7 provides assessments that allow the Individual to gain insight into their psychological characteristics and motives. Upon completion, results are displayed immediately and remain accessible later via the link sent by email.
The service does not replace professional support, such as healthcare, and is intended for informational purposes only. -
GDPR Consent and Use of Data
By completing a MaPP7 assessment, the Individual grants explicit consent under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the processing of their personal and psychological data within the MaPP7 system for the provision of the service and for access by registered users of the organization that invited them. This consent is also described in the invitation email. If the Individual does not agree to this, they must not complete the assessment. -
Pricing
If additional paid services or extended reports are offered to the Individual, their pricing will always be based on the currently valid price list. All prices are kept up to date on the website or in the online store. -
Obligations of the Individual
The Individual must provide truthful information in the questionnaire and keep participation rights under their own control. The personal identification link must not be shared with third parties.
To protect the results, a password must be set during the questionnaire. This additional safeguard exceeds the minimum requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and prevents unauthorized access to the data. -
Third‑Party Services
MaPP7 utilizes certain third‑party technologies (such as WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, Stripe) in the delivery of the service, including for forms, payments, and email communication. These parties process data only under MaPP7’s instructions and in accordance with GDPR‑compliant agreements. -
Intellectual Property Rights
MaPP7’s assessment questions and analytical tools are the property of AarniNet Oy (the MaPP7 team). The Individual may not copy, publish, or distribute the content of the assessments without separate permission. -
Limitations of Liability
Interpretations provided by the MaPP7 service are informational and do not constitute work, health, or legal recommendations. MaPP7 is not liable for technical disruptions or possible deficiencies in information provided by the Individual.
The service provider reserves the right to suspend use of the service if misuse is detected. -
Processing of Personal Data and Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further details are available in the Privacy Notice and information about cookies in the Cookie Policy.
The Individual has the right to review, modify, and delete their data (“right to be forgotten”). Data is retained as long as the assessment results are needed, unless the Individual requests earlier deletion. -
Validity and Amendments
These Terms are valid until further notice. MaPP7 may update the Terms by notifying users within the service or by email. The latest version is published in the footer of the website at https://mapp7.com.
If the Individual does not accept the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the service and request deletion of their data. -
